A La Carte Lunch Class
For lunch, instead of consuming calories....how about burning them? This is a lunch time exercise buffet with a variety of tidbits on the menu to be sampled at each class. From gym ball, pilates and roller exercises to weight machines or maybe even a little yoga, you will indulge in a variety of exercises that will wet your palette.
Pool Classes
Water Aerobics: A fun exercise class to music which will help to stretch, tone and strengthen muscles while improving your cardiovascular fitness level. Appropriate for expectant mothers who are healthy.
Joints in Motion: A water class consisting of stretching and light mobility exercises to improve general flexibility, maintain muscle tone and keep you moving. Perfect for anyone with painful, stiff joints or for Seniors who want a light exercise program in warm water. This would also be a good class for expectant mothers who have back discomfort or who simply wants to “unweight” the load from her body.

Body Recall
A nationally recognized and certified "no sweat" adult physical fitness and movement class. This is a refresher course in how to perform correctly movement patterns with which we are already familiar. The program explores full joint mobility in postures that are conducive to successful effort, and helps improve and maintain functional strength and balance.
Body Recall is a class that is beneficial for everyone: the overweight, the diabetic, those recovering from operations illness and injury; the heart patient, those restricted in mobility and especially for those who are sedentary. Keep moving, get energized and experience an improvement in overall well-being!
Ski Walking
Ski Walking is simply walking with poles - no snow and no skis are required! Elite cross-country skiers are the most aerobically fit athletes of the planet and they have been Ski Walking for decades when they couldn’t get on snow. Now Ski Walking is attracting individuals of all ages and all fitness levels. And now you can become a Ski Walker too!!!
