Sierra Signature Massage: A personalized, head to toe massage creating balance in your body.  We will combine various massage techniques including Swedish, sports, shiatsu and deep tissue to meet your specific needs, whether it is a massage for wellness and relaxation or one that is invigorating to prepare you for an upcoming sports activity.
60 minutes:  $65.00
90 minutes:  $98.00

Truckee River Hot Stone Massage:  Experience a luxurious, relaxing massage combined with deep heat therapy.  Smooth basalt lava stones are heated and incorporated into the massage.
60 minutes:  $65.00
90 minutes:  $90.00

Summit Massage:  Let us help to release tension out of your upper body where many tend to carry stress and worries.  This is a massage to the hands, arms, shoulders, neck and head.  Includes a soothing paraffin bath to the hands.
60 minutes:  $65.00

Mountain Face Lift Massage: We begin by applying a warm herbal wrap followed by an acupressure massage which helps to restore balance and tone to the facial tissues and reduce signs of aging. 
60 minutes:  $65.00
5 sessions:  $275.00

Tahoe Tarsal Tune-up:  Renew your entire body by treating your feet to a warm eucalypts  foot soak followed by a massage and reflexology to the feet and legs.  Finish with a foot paraffin bath for deep hydration and to improve circulation to the tissues. 
60 minutes:  65.00

PACKAGES
You can combine any two of the above massages for a 90 minute treatment at a cost of $80.00

Yoga and Massage: Experience two ancient forms of healing for ultimate rejuvenation.  Includes a private yoga session followed by a massage, each designed for your specific needs. 
90 minutes:  $75.00
 
At no extra charge, you are welcome to take a dip in our warm pool before or after your massage.  Relax by floating suspended with water supports or enjoy sitting in front of our soothing jets.

By appointment only.  Available 7 days a week.  24 hour cancellation notice required. Gym Members receive a $5.00 dollar discount on all massages.
