Watsu
Let yourself float in warm water that will begin to melt the tension in your body.  You will drift into deeper levels of relaxation as you are gently moved through the water, slowly stretched and massaged.  Muscle tension decreases, body movement becomes more fluid and your mind is set free in the stillness of the water that silently embraces you.  This is a one-on-one program performed in our warm therapeutic pool.

Sound Therapy
Come lie on our So Sound Pad and experience a musical massage which will shift you into a deeply relaxed state. You not only hear the music, you will feel the music as the surface of the pad transforms the sound into a variety of incredible vibrations! These tactile vibrations immerses the body/mind with a full range of harmonic frequencies of healing music.

Break the stress cycle and tune into sound health! Due to our society and life style most of us operate in a continual stress mode that now feels natural. Chronic stress disrupts the body’s natural balance and our health & well being is compromised creating tension, chronic fatigue, pain and disease. Research on the So Sound Pad shows that there is a change in brain wave form, from stressed to meditative, as well as a balancing of the body’s frequencies and energy which promotes health.

Ballet
Ballet is a fun, alternative source of healthy exercise which promotes strength, flexibility and endurance. Classes are offered for pre-school age through the professional level. Beginning adult ballet classes are also now available for the non-dancer! This is a great way to get in shape and is also a fantastic stress reducer. Instructor: Pamalla Davis has been teaching ballet in the Tahoe Truckee area for 29 years. She is a Cecchetti Certified ballet instructor. The Cecchetti Method is designed to train a ballet dancer in a safe, non-injury approach starting with the young, beginner dancer up through the professional level of training.
